girls usually love to hear celebrity gossips, they are always into it -,`

Some people base a movie on special effects (car chases, guns, explosions, etc. ). I base a movie on story and acting. I enjoyed it.

I love “thinking” movies, I did not find this to be one of them. This was a horrible movie, the worst I have seen in a very long time. I also wish I could have gotten my money back as well. I love Matt Damon as an actor, and wish this movie would have been written and or directed better, so he didn’t seem like the one to make the movie suck so bad.

This is a “thinking persons” movie. Very subtle, superbly acted. It is pure genius and I loved every moment of it. Savor the slow pace. It is life, it is real, it is excellent.

My wife and I just kept thinking something is going to happen soon… but it never did. It was very boring and the movie hardly even touched the afterlife for more than 10-15 minutes; isn’t that what the movie is supposed to be about? To top it off half of the movie is in french with sub-titles. Very disappointed with both Clint Eastwood and Matt Damon in this one.

To sum it up… $26.75 for two of us (with snacks) and the worst move we have seen in theaters in a very long time…

So glad to hear you say that Peggy. As a medium, I was apprehensive as to how they would portray us. They did perfectly. It’s not a gift one would ask for…many scary doors to walk through and many times I thought of it as a curse rather than a gift. The way the three lives come together is exactly how Spirit moves. It may not be a crowd pleaser…but it is honest.

Can’t believe the negative comments abt what both my husband and I thought it was a fabulous movie – perfect attention to detail a la Eastwood, haunting Eastwood song in the background. The acting was perfect, the 3 stories came together seamlessley, we suggest you not miss it.

Just left the movie….OMG I wish I would have saved the money. Long long long, uneventful, boring. People left, better choice was sitting home watching the news. One person I went with fell asleep 4 times. Save your money, I wish I could get mine back! Not even worth a buck at the Red Box!!!!!!

I think Clint Eastwood should put the camera down, put the acting down and sit back and enjoy his accomplishments from over the years. I wanted to be in the “Hereafter” and not the theatre by the end of this movie! Horrible acting, horrible storyline, wonderful tsunami effects but for the most part, P U! I wish I could have gotten my money back, but since I cannot, I can warn others about how awful this movie is. Matt must have needed lunch money, and he should stick to Bourne movie types. So for those of you who are entertaining the idea of seeing this one, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY! Stay home, put some popcorn on and watch a dvd you like! That is my story, and I am sticking to it!

Just saw the movie and loved it. Matt and the script did us proud.
