Gwyneth Paltrow is the new face of “quintessential New York brand” Coach.
The ‘Iron Man 2′ actress – who has been a part of Christian Dior, Estee Lauder and Tod’s campaigns – joins the luxury leather goods brand, whose models used to include Kate Bosworth, just in time for the party as the company celebrates its 70th anniversary this year.
She said: “I grew up in New York City and I’ve always thought of Coach as the quintessential New York brand. I’ll never forget getting my first Coach bag.”
Coach’s president and executive creative director Reed Krakoff certainly seems happy with the brand’s new acquisition, who he described as a “natural choice”.
He added: “She embodies the spirit, energy and elegance of the Coach brand.”
It’s hardly surprising that Coach have employed mum of two Gwyneth – who is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin – as she always seems to look stunning.
