Warner Bros. Lawyers Deny Two and a Half Men Return Negotiations
Looks like Charlie Sheen isn’t winning as much as he’d like you to think. A letter from Warner Bros. lawyers denies Sheen’s claims that he and the studio are in talks to bring the troubled actor back to Two and a Half Men. This news from Warner Bros. contradicts comments from Sheen on a radio station that there was an 85 percent chance he’d be back on Two and a Half Men. Of course, we’ve learned that most comments Sheen makes in interviews are unreliable and ridiculous.
In addition to rejecting the idea that the studio and Sheen are talking, the Warner Bros. letter said that there would be no discussion of bringing Sheen back to the show. Sheen has publicly attacked Warner Bros, CBS and Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre, which has resulted in the permanence of his departure from the sitcom.
In addition to making apparently false statements in interviews, Sheen has been entertaining (sort of) audiences on his “Violent Torpedo of Truth” tour, which most recently made headlines in Toronto, when Sheen toasted the ashes of a deceased Two and a Half Men fan on stage.
