She said “I never want to go to Thailand” after she had seen the new hit movie, ‘The Hangover 2‘. “It’s full of crime, and it’s scary!”. Really? Did you really just say that? I had to prove her wrong so after a very quick search I came across what I think is one of the worlds heavenliest places. The Villa Amanzi.
This villa is truly stunning, located on the exclusive Cape Sol on the West coast of Thailand. The home has only six bedroom, with a long infinite pool and of course a breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea. And it’s something about the fact that I was looking at beautiful homes like these during the hardest winter in New York, which didn’t really come off as a “turn off” but, did not really make sense that there are places like this in the world. Architecture is one of my truest passions, perhaps as much as I love interior design. After all, the mother art is architecture. Without an architecture of our own we have no soul of our own civilization. So, when do we book our vacation?
