Jörgen Kjellgren – Du Du Du

During my stay in Stockholm I had the pleasure of meeting one of Bloginity’s favorite artists, Swedish singer/songwriter Jörgen Kjellgren. Over a few cups of coffee with the swedish musician, I realized what a strong passion Jörgen shares for the music he creates and was struck by his genuine and unguarded demeanor. You can read my interview with J right here.

One of his songs in particular, Du Du Du, struck a chord with me – so much so, that I would like to share the lyrics with you.

Here is the translation:

I’m talking to myself again
Pinching my arm just to feel something
Stumbling through the dusk
Sometimes recalling, sometimes forgetting.

But all is you, you, you
You, you, you
To me
Always you, you, you
You, you, you
To me

Can’t someone help me
To cast out the demons in me
Can’t someone teach me
When it’s time to fight or flee

But all is you, you, you
You, you, you
To me
Always you, you, you
You, you, you
To me
