It was certainly no surprise that the Louis Vuitton SS2012 Womenswear show would be an opulent affair, but the beautiful macaroon-colored dresses showcased on a white carousel took it to the next level.

What really cemented my love of this production were the beautiful photographs by Solve Sundsbo showcased by here.

Pat McGraths Make up was simple and beautiful. Skin was perfected with dewy highlights while brows were gently and elegantly defined. A soft shimmer on the lids was counter balanced by a fawn shadow in the socket and bottom lash line. Eyes were given a doll like appearance with pristine liquid liner, winged lashes and dotted shading on the bottom outer corner with the inner subtly highlighted.

Lips and cheeks were a super soft natural peach-rose with a satin-like finish.

Hair by Guido was shaped into a deconstructed French Twist, by first mattifying and texturizing the hair. Heads were adorned with headbands or small tiaras.
