As if Naomi Campbell needed another reason for us to worship her, she’s now the editor-at-large for the brand-new German and Russian editions of Interview. Her debut penned appearance was in an introduction to the December issue of the Russian version of the magazine that hit newsstands last Friday. The magazine features Leonardo DiCaprio on the cover, shot by Brigitte Lacombe and redesigned by American artist Richard Phillips.
She’ll also have a monthly column called “State of Mind” where she’ll be spilling some serious insider fashion T, interviewing some of the biggest names in the industry (we’re all hoping for a spotlight on Edward Enninful).
“Being an Editor at Large is a new role for me and I’m very happy to be involved with such a prestigious magazine and one that I’ve worked with over the years,” said Naomi Campbell. “I’m looking forward to meeting and interviewing people who are passionate about what they do and learning about their interests, whether it be art, fashion, music or other creative endeavors.”
Exclusive interviews by Campbell will be featured in the German issue of Interview starting on Jan. 20.
