The Australian beauty also enjoys yoga and dancing as part of her workout.
“I mix up my exercise routine with yoga, dancing and running. I used to run outside in NYC, but I have bad knees and it’s too hard running on concrete, so I’ve resorted to treadmills. The most important thing is a good sports bra, otherwise it hurts!” she told InStyle magazine.
Abbey has altered her exercise program to work around the changes in her body.
The 24-year-old explained that as she is getting older, it is important to focus on strength training as well as cardio.
“The older I get, the more I need to introduce muscle toning into my workout. I like to use the cross trainer, which keeps you fit and helps tone. I never work out without music – usually AC/DC!” she said.
