The iconic designer is set to visit famous department store Selfridges on July 24 to launch a pop-up shop selling his sports-themed Team Karl collection amongst other concessions, British Vogue reports.

The womenswear capsule range features limited edition T-shirts created in collaboration with London design agency I Love Dust.

Including apparel and accessories, one of the quirky Team Karl designs shows Karl flinging a discus while dressed in his signature sleek ensemble of tailored suit and sunglasses.

The designer will also launch a new space dedicated to his Karl line, which came out earlier this year and has become a huge success.

Selfridges is also debuting the Chanel creative director’s new premium line, Karl Lagerfeld Paris Man.

The fashion icon is set to host a glamorous private cocktail party to celebrate the event.

Fashion fans who weren’t lucky enough to get an invite can feast their eyes on a Karl-themed window display by the store’s main entrance.
