Premier Model Management founder Carole White is penning a memoir
Carole White is writing an autobiography.
The star founded Premier Model Management, the company which has represented Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer.
Last year Carole opened the doors to her agency with a reality show and she will now be revealing her life in fashion in a memoir.
“The idea of writing a biography about my life was something that I had never previously considered and came about through a chance meeting with a publishing colleague of my brother,” she told vogue.co.uk. “As you can imagine, I was extremely flattered that Random House would want to publish my story.”
Carole has been working on her book and it is set to launch in April next year.
She worked as a model before setting up the company with her brother. The pair originally ran Premier Model Management from their home and it has gone on to be one of the biggest companies in the business.
“Having worked in the fashion industry for over 40 years, and managed the careers of the supermodels at the height of their fame, I am forever being asked questions by the press and public alike about the modelling world,” Carole explained. “Compiling a book of my memories – both good and bad – just seems to be the next transition and I would love to share and give people an insight into the industry I love.”
