The Armani Group and Astaş Holding/Bemes Estate just announced the completion of the exclusive Maçka Residences: three towers comprising 7,300 square meters located in Maçka, in the heart of Istanbul, uniquely situated to offer views of the Bosphorus, Princes’ Islands and Seraglio Point.
Armani/Casa designed and created the lobbies, the common areas and a number of apartments in the three towers. Clients can request the advice of the Armani/Casa team of architects and interior designers to develop a bespoke approach for any of the apartment interiors. Buyers of the residential units can choose from three different combinations of materials and finishes to create their own special spaces. Moreover, all the apartments in Maçka Residences will be furnished with kitchens by Armani/DADA, one of the most prestigious brands in the world in this sector.
The lobby of Tower A is visually striking and features a spectacular curved stairway spanning two levels, which, through the skilful use of backlighting, gives a lantern-like impression. The lobbies of Towers B and C are characterised respectively by a majestic full-height library in rosewood and by a curved wall with an unusual pleated effect.
With 170 residences of 135 square meters to 500 square meters in size configured as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus the addition of ten penthouses featuring balconies or terraces, the property represents one of the most important residential developments in Europe today.
During construction, Maçka Residences was deemed “Europe’s Best Architectural Project of 2011″ in the category of residences with units by the jury of the International Property Awards.
