M-Bone, the rapper who most recently created a dance sensation with “Teach Me How to Dougie,” was killed in a drive-by shooting in Inglewood, California, last night. M-Bone – real name Montae Talbert – was 22 and part of the rap collective known as Cali Swag District. M-Bone was reportedly sitting by himself in his car around 10:30 p.m. Sunday when another vehicle pulled up alongside his and fired.

Warren G is set to release an album tribute to Nate Dogg. The ‘I Got Love’ rapper Nate – who performed with Snoop Dogg and Eminem and recorded ‘Regulate’ with Warren – tragically died in March after suffering two strokes in recent years, and Warren is set to honor his name in the best way a rapper can. Warren – who has already released song ‘This Is Dedicated To You’, with proceeds set to go to Nate’s family – has revealed plans to release his tribute album in the summer, full of songs the pair recorded together that were never released.
