Elie Saab opened its first store in Switzerland. The free-standing boutique is located in Geneva, at the heart of one its most prestigious luxury shopping districts, on the Quai Général Guisan.

Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine wore Elie Saab for her performance at the grand opening of Marquee nightclub in The Cosmopolitan. Florence wore a fully embroidered taupe georgette jumpsuit, with a deep V-neck, draped sleeves, and a high-waisted velvet belt, from the Elie Saab Haute Couture Autumn-Winter 2010-11 collection.
