Bedarra Island – 250 Acres of Island Love on the Great Reef Barrier
by Daniel Haim
After last weeks exploration with Cesare Paciotti’s Old Westbury Gardens photo shoot I’ve decided to search more mansions that are exceeding the 200 acres not only in New York but worldwide.
I came across a marvelous resort area sitting on the hills of Bedarra’s Australia that’s almost reaching 250 acres of pure privacy and love.
Built for true privacy, for guests that have a lot of money, and that never want to see anyone else on the island. 16 amazing villas sitting within the rain-forests atmosphere. All of the villas feature a beautiful balcony, living areas, pool, etc.
So who do we thank for this beautiful design? Pikewithers interior architecture, an Australian based architecture firm http://www.pikewithers.com.au/
For those who have the money and want to book a trip, unfortunately the booking is temporary closed due to damage that was caused by the Tropical Cyclone Yasi which passed over the island during February 2011. The resort will re-open on April 2012. P.S. Thanks to 1KindDesign.com for finding the beautiful discovery.
