Sun Proof Summer: Freja Beha for Vogue Nippon

We had the pleasure of meeting Freja Beha the other day and we realized that this world is so small. We also realized that time is moving so fast and that the summer is already upon us. So here’s Freja’s latest editorial ‘Sun Proof Summer’ for Vogue Japan.

Yes! I got to hang out with Freja Beha the other day at the Gordon Parks Foundation Awards Dinner at Gotham Hall. What an amazing event, the man with the glove (Karl Lagerfeld), and so many cool people showed up. But we’re speaking of a more important topic – Freja Beha. This takes me back to 2008 when Christine used to write for Bloginity still and she actually had me discover Freja through her article which she showed so much love for the Danish model.

I don’t know what it is about this city. It truly makes me feel like this is such a small world. It is a small world. Everyone knows each other, you stumble into people and still I get that rush like when I first made Lady Gaga. I love this life. I love this job. I love you Freja.

Now that summer is just upon us we are already stumbling across the July 2011 issue of Vogue Japan and seeing our new friend featured in it. This relaxed photo shoot was done by Alasdair McLellan for Vogue Nippon.
