This gorgeous selection of fashion forward images was shot exclusively for Bloginity by Elliott Morgan, starring four incredibly beautiful models, Leonie, Anya Barker, Rose Ellis and Sisel at Storm Models. Styled by Dean Hau in a wonderful range of labels including Vivienne Westwood, Moschino, Burberry Prorsum, Christian Dior, Paul Smith and PPQ among many others, these diverse models each bring a sense of energy, individual style and personality to the photographs, which were shot at Wonder Land Studios with the art direction of Daniel Haim, our Editor in Chief.

Highlighted is the range of designers like Worth Couture, with two prominently featured dresses spanning the spectrum of imagination, from Ice Queen to Fall Fairytale. Shots of a sleek Moschino suite and military dress blues hat, along with a frame of curve hugging leopard print Dior leggings and a very sexy Burberry Prorsum leather jacket, take you on a journey through different story vignettes.

Photographer Elliott Morgan describes his focus as “texture and color, with a good mixture of tones and angles.” This focus is clear when looking through the series, as each image varies in color focus and overall style, whilst still maintaining consistency within the aesthetic of the whole series.

These photographs are beautiful in their simplicity, and this is clearly something important to the photographer, who cites his main inspirations as the work of David Bailey and Brian Duffy, stating that he is especially drawn to the “simplicity, raw grit and iconic nature of the images.” Each image is strong individually, however when displayed together, the photographs work perfectly as a set, despite differences in color direction and composition.

Texture is one aspect of this series that really stands out, and the unique textures of the fashion featured are enhanced further through the hair styling by Darren Hau with assistant from Charlie Kelly. Fur, velvet, tweed and satin become tangible from afar and are captured perfectly by the photographer. Stylist Dean Hau ensures that the designs featured bring a sense of simplicity, whilst still maintaing an innovative overall look, enhanced with the make-up styling by our very own Katherine Gould.
