I just came across this amazing architecture by Guz Architects. An environmental design, minimalistic, curvilinear flare that brings out the organic coverings. Tell me this isn’t the coolest home you’ve ever seen and I will disagree.

What started out as a relatively minor remodel of a modest bungalow evolved over the course of construction into a new 2,500 s.f. house, with the existing foundation and footprint as the only original elements.

The projects program called for four loft style single family residences developed as a small lot subdivision. The program consists of an open plan first level with double height living space, large kitchen, dining area, powder room and service porch.

These homes are made in Austria, delivered in about 8 to 10 weeks after an order is placed, and only required four people to assemble on site.

This dramatic renovation centres around a spacious internal courtyard defined by natural rock face and lush vegetation. Large sliding glass doors in the main living area enable a seamless flow between inside and outside.
